The Electrician shall perform, but not be limited to, the following duties:
Independent assembly, connection, and installation of electrical components (switches, fuses, sensors, regulators) in accordance with electrical plans and technical specifications.
Installation works based on technical drawings and instructions, including cable laying, piping, mounting and connecting electrical components, and conducting electrical testing.
Participation in planning electrical installations, determining required materials, resources, and timelines.
Adjustment of inverter parameters and commissioning of solar power plants.
Execution of work in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and Croatian legal requirements.
Regular reporting on work progress to lead electricians, engineers, and supervisors.
Participation in commissioning of facilities and plants.
Ordering minor on-site materials and managing assigned inventory; coordination with project managers for larger material orders.
Proper handling, use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and assigned company vehicles.
Returning surplus materials and equipment to the warehouse.
Performing other related or similar tasks as required by the Employer.
WORKING HOURS & REST DAYS
Working hours:
40 hours per week
, in accordance with Croatian Labor Law.
Overtime work shall be compensated with a
30% increase
over the regular hourly rate.
Work performed on Sundays shall be compensated with a
50% increase
of the regular hourly rate.
Work on public holidays or designated rest days shall be compensated in accordance with Croatian Labor Law and company rules or collective agreements, whichever is more favorable to the employee.
ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
Food Allowance:
200.00 EUR per month, provided by the Employer.
Accommodation:
Free suitable shared accommodation provided by the Employer, including utilities (water, electricity, heating).
Transportation:
Free local transportation provided by the Employer (company vehicle, ticket, or allowance).
Health Insurance:
Provided in accordance with Croatian law.
Medical Costs:
All legally required medical examinations and related fees shall be covered by the Employer.

to Croatia
upon deployment.
Free return airline ticket to country of origin upon completion of the full two (2) year contract.
