Job Description
We are Hiring
Electrician
to join our Facility Management team in Sharjah.Responsibilities:
Inspect electrical systems regularly for safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Diagnose electrical problems (e.g., faulty wiring, malfunctioning outlets, or circuit breakers). Use testing devices to identify and fix issues. Repair or replace faulty wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and switches. Maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, and circuit breakers. Replace or repair electrical appliances and motors (e.g., water pumps, HVAC systems). Install new wiring, lighting systems, power outlets, fans, and circuit breakers. Assist in setting up electrical systems for renovations or tenant improvements. Install or maintain emergency lighting, security systems, and fire alarms. Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns. Check grounding systems and surge protectors. Replace worn-out components before failure.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years UAE Experience with any maintenance company or facility Management company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
