POSITION SUMMARY
Performs such tasks as replacing burned out electrical fuses, installing new electric outlets and repairing electrical appliances; Maintain Audio-visual equipment in good working condition; Trouble shoots problems with audio-visual and electronic equipments; Maintains all electrical systems and equipments in good working condition through a preventive maintenance program; Completes maintenance request, keeps a record of all supplies, tools and repair parts used in operating and maintaining equipment; Document all work performed, parts needed and/or used on work requests; Assist other associates in the department as required; To report any deficiencies noted with regard to equipments or machines or systems operation; Remedy guest complains within a short time or if not possible notify engineering management; Maintain engineering spaces in clean, orderly and safe condition; Record utility and equipments readings when needed; Assist in energy conversation program i.e. ideas, follow through or existing programs; Comply with departmental and hotel SOP & LSOP; Able to work weekends, holidays and shifts or if emergency arises.
