We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. As an electrician at Centerstone Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our diverse range of interior projects. Your expertise in electrical installations and adherence to safety regulations will contribute to creating safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to plan and execute electrical installations.
• Perform electrical calculations to determine circuit load capacities and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Install electrical wiring, conduits, and raceways, and connect electrical equipment, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve electrical malfunctions, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure the proper grounding and bonding of electrical systems for safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and other skilled laborers to coordinate electrical installations with overall project timelines.
• Comply with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, following electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Keep accurate records of electrical materials used, work performed, and time spent on projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations in Dubai, UAE.
• Experience in electrical installations, including wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, such as audiovisual, security, and communication systems, is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid electrical certifications and licenses are preferred.
