Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with strong expertise in control panel assembly, wiring, and electrical system installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical control panels (MCC, DB, PLC-based systems) and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role supports ongoing MEP and technical projects in villas, warehouses, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels including MCC, DB, and PLC-based systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings accurately. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety standards. Diagnose and rectify wiring, connection, or component faults promptly. Collaborate with the MEP team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Conduct inspection and testing of panels and systems prior to commissioning. Maintain documentation for wiring changes, system upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician specializing in control panels and general electrical work. Strong knowledge of relays, contactors, overloads, MCCBs, VFDs, and protection systems. Proven ability to identify and correct wiring or connection errors effectively. Prior experience in MEP contracting or industrial maintenance is preferred. Diploma / ITI Certification in Electrical or equivalent trade qualification. Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical tasks under minimal supervision.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,500 - 3,500 per month (negotiable based on experience) Accommodation and transportation provided Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Remarks:

This position requires immediate hiring due to ongoing technical and quality requirements.
Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on control panel assembly and troubleshooting experience.
Shortlisted profiles will undergo a technical evaluation prior to selection.
