We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional skilled in both plumbing and electrical systems to install, maintain, and repair water lines, drainage systems, wiring, and electrical fixtures in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Install and maintain water supply systems.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, or drainage problems.
Ensure all installations and repairs meet local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
Coordinate with contractors and other construction professionals.
nstall and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
Identify electrical problems using specialized testing devices.
Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Follow local and national electrical codes.
Work from blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.
Collaborate with other construction professionals and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
