Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Work:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers and transformers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Ensure electrical installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure efficiency.
Plumbing Work:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures in residential and commercial projects.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing layouts.
Diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions.
Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using air and water pressure gauges.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrician and Plumber (minimum 3 years preferred).
Relevant certification or technical diploma in electrical and/or plumbing work.
Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations.
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
Good physical condition and ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
