Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Work:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, short circuits, and wiring issues.
Repair and replace switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
Test electrical systems for safety and compliance with regulations.
Plumbing Work:
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and low water pressure issues.
Repair and replace pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters.
Ensure compliance with UAE plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Requirements:
? Minimum
3 years
of experience as an Electrician & Plumber.
? Diploma or certification in
Electrical or Plumbing
.
? Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit installation, and pipe fitting.
? Ability to read and interpret
technical diagrams and blueprints
.
? Experience using
hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
.
? UAE driving license
(preferred but not mandatory)
.
? Good communication and problem-solving skills.
