Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Electrician with plumbing experience

to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works while also handling basic plumbing and drainage tasks as needed. This dual-skilled role supports efficient and high-quality execution of fit-out and renovation projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Works:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, power sockets, switches, and distribution boards. Read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings for site execution. Install conduits, wiring, and fixtures as per UAE standards. Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with DEWA / ADDC / SEWA regulations and safety requirements.

Plumbing Works:

Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures. Perform minor plumbing repairs and fittings in kitchens, toilets, and pantries. Conduct leak tests and ensure proper alignment and sealing of pipes. Coordinate with other site trades to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.

General Responsibilities:

Support the fit-out team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site. Report progress and site issues to the Site Supervisor or Project Engineer.

Qualifications & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in the Fit-Out or MEP industry. Knowledge of both

electrical and plumbing installation procedures

. Ability to read MEP drawings and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Understanding of UAE safety and authority regulations (DEWA / ADDC / SEWA). Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to handle multiple site tasks. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Skills:

Strong hands-on skills in electrical and basic plumbing works. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Knowledge of materials, fittings, and site safety procedures.

Preferred Experience:

Previous work in

interior fit-out projects

(offices, retail stores, villas, or hospitality). Exposure to

combined MEP site coordination

. Familiarity with

fast-track project environments
