Job Details :

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical/vocational program in electrical work is preferred.
Certification: Licensed as a Journeyman or Master Electrician (depending on local/state requirements).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical maintenance, preferably within a real estate or facilities management setting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Familiarity with building automation systems.
Knowledge of sustainable or energy-efficient electrical practices.
Experience with electrical testing equipment and safety procedures.
