Our client, an international technology company, is looking for an experienced Electrician who will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive electrical and maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goal and objectives. The job holder is expected to understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams, inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers and use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facility machinery.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.

• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.

• Demonstrate teamwork and high-level communication skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.

• Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems.

• 5 years' experience in industrial electrical field

• HVAC experience.

• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including, lawn mowers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and small hand tools.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening
