Job Summary: Looking for an Electrical \xe2\x80\x8cTechnician\xe2\x80\x8c in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Carry out the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with industry standards as well as local electrical codes
• Determine electrical faults, diagnose issues, and conduct timely repairs to restore functionality
• Assist in planning and executing electrical system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and comply with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems, ensuring the safety of yourself and others
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and installations
• Perform regular testing and calibration of electrical equipment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, as well as federal regulations related to electrical installations, maintenance, and safety

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working as an Electrical Technician, or a similar position in the construction industry
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, components, as well as wiring diagrams
• Expertise in using electrical testing and calibration equipment required
• Must be familiar with electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, as well as schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various environments
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
