Job REF: 2022MEPS01 Job post: Interior Fit-Out MEP Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: o To supervise the Maintenance team on the daily operation. o Monitor the day-to-day operational issues. o Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. o Ensure the tasks are completed within the response time based on priorities and carried out following the safety regulations and requirements at all times. o Attending all the repeating complaints & reporting. o Randomly check the MEP systems after the service and ensure the qualities of services are delivered. o Attending the customer & technicians calls and support them. o Arranging the materials one day before as per the site requirements. Skills required: o Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance o Three years Diploma in mechanical or HVAC o Supervisory experience preferred. o Good computer and reporting skills. o Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry. o Good understanding of A/C systems and controls. o Experience in safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems. o Fit Out experience required. o Commercial experiences an advantage. o English proficiency o Must be able to communicate diplomatically with consultants and sub-contractors. o Must be a strong team player and self-motivated.
