Job Description
:
- Electrical Technician Job purpose The Electrician will troubleshoot and maintain the assigned Electrical assets within the premise. This will include both PPM\xe2\x80\x99s and Reactive Work. The Electrician is also expected to keep records of all work completed as well as carry out risk assessments before each given task.
- Trouble Shooting of Electrical circuits
- Carry out PPM\xe2\x80\x99s and attend reactive tasks
- Electrical Testing of DB\xe2\x80\x99s and Wiring
- Changing Lights and troubleshooting lighting circuits.
- Testing of Electrical Circuits.
- Routine inspections of lights & power circuits.
- Trouble shooting of faults in circuits.
- Routing of additional light or socket points as required.
- Logging of reactive works carried.
- Trouble shooting of faults in lighting control system/dimmers.
- Trouble shooting of faults in VFD and Pumps motors.
- A professionally recognised technical qualification (ITI/Diploma etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Possesses deep knowledge of engineering techniques
- Operational experience is essential.
- GCC FM Experience MUST (Min of 3 Years)
- Good communication skills in English and languages from the Asian Sub-Continent is preferable.
- Ability to utilise CAFM Systems and mobile application.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Person * Flexible approach * Work as part of a Team. * Enthusiasm to learn. * Flexible to works in shifts (day and night shift)
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
