Electrical Supervisor (with Jp – Adnoc Projects)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities at the job site. Ensure execution of electrical installations and testing in line with approved drawings and specifications. Plan and organize resources (manpower, materials, tools) for daily tasks. Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical scope. Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams. Enforce compliance with ADNOC safety requirements and permit-to-work systems. Lead toolbox talks and ensure crew adherence to safety standards. Prepare daily reports, checklists, and ensure quality control compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
JP (Job Performer) certification - ADNOC approved
(mandatory). Minimum5 years of experience
as Electrical Supervisor in the oil & gas sector. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field. Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, permit systems, and HSE policies. Proficient in interpreting electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications. Ability to manage a team and work under tight project schedules.Preferred Skills:
Experience with ADNOC onshore/offshore projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiar with site documentation and inspection procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
