Electrical Supervisor - High?Rise Projects
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience, specifically on high?rise residential or commercial building projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will supervise all electrical site activities, ensure compliance with DEWA/UAE regulations, and deliver quality installations within schedule.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on high-rise construction sites.
Review and implement project drawings, technical specifications, and work plans with precision.
Lead and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient task execution.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, or local authority standards, and project requirements.
Liaise with MEP engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and coordination of deliverables.
Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and troubleshoot electrical system issues as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in electrical works on high-rise buildings within the UAE
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, layouts, and MEP coordination plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively
