Job Title: Electrical Supervisor cum Lead Electrical Motor Overhauling (AC & DC Motors)

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Additional certifications in Motor Repair and EX Motors Handling are preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in motor overhauling, repair, and troubleshooting
- Must have worked in top companies in India or UAE, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Deep experience in AC and DC Motors, including Jacking Motors, Crane Motors, Blower Motors, etc.
- Strong knowledge of rotor winding, motor testing & other trouble shooting procedures
- Assist in setting up new facility for motor overhauls
- Identify equipment and tools required for workshop setup (Test Bench, Rotor Balancing, Vibration Analyser, Oven, Resistance, Capacitance, induction meter)
- Single handily carry out motor overhauls, balancing, testing, and repair by himself without any assistant.
- Strong hands-on involvement in dismantling, inspection, rotor balancing, reassembly, and full load testing
- Understanding of rotor winding processes and all critical motor testing procedures (IR Test, HV Test, Surge Test, etc.).
- Create reports for the job done.
- Familiarity with EX Motors (Hazardous Area Motors) repair and certifications will be a significant advantage.(Not Mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of AC and DC Motor operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical/mechanical motor issues
- Hands-on experience in using test benches, rotor balancers, and motor-specific tools
- Team leadership and planning abilities
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Experience in EX motors is an added advantage
- Experience in workshop reporting & MIS is a plus
