Title :Electrical Supervisor



Responsibilities


Conducts routine inspection of all ELECTRICAL equipment in the buildings, sport facilities, chiller plants, sewageand drainage facilities, domestic and irrigation water facilities to verify operation ability and maintenance plan implementation including preparation of snag reports for action of outsourced Operation & Maintenance Contractor and attending to Oracle System Work Requests (site inspection and evaluation) Substation MV Panels Switchgears Power Factor Correction Capacitors SMDB, DBs, FPs Wires and Cables UPS Lifts Building Management System Fire Alarm System Motor Control Centers Other Conducting routine inspection of the all kind of Buildings, Sport Facilities and Service Buildings includingpreparation of snags report to QU BOD FMO Office for appropriate action of outsourced Operation and Maintenance Contractor. Supervising the daily electrical maintenance activities on different electrical equipment like Transformers, DGsets, switch gears, MCC panels, UPS, Lifts and other electrical equipment to ensure the procedures and materials comply with maintenance

Requirements


Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Course Certification (Minimum 3 years academic-full time) from arecognized university or Technical Institute/college or National Technical Course Certification A 5 years (2 years in GCC) of building operation & maintenance and/or construction projectexperience in education/healthcare/residential with a construction services/ Facility management organization
