Electrical Supervisor Needed- UPS, Substation & Generator Experience-with UAE Driving License

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works for

UPS systems, substations, and diesel generators

. Ensure proper installation and operation of

LV/MV switchgear, transformers, panels, cabling, earthing, and protection systems

. Monitor and maintain

UPS systems

, including batteries, rectifiers, inverters, load testing, and troubleshooting power failures. Oversee

generator operations

, including synchronization, load sharing, preventive maintenance, fuel systems, and emergency breakdown response. Supervise

substation activities

such as transformer installation, RMU/HT panels, protection relays, and power distribution systems. Read, interpret, and execute work as per

electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications

. Plan daily activities, allocate manpower, and ensure work completion as per project schedules. Ensure strict compliance with

electrical safety regulations, company HSE policies, and local authority standards

. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning (IR test, continuity, functional tests, load tests). Identify faults, troubleshoot electrical systems, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, safety teams, and other trades for smooth project execution. Maintain records such as

daily reports, maintenance logs, test reports, and material usage

. Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. Support power shutdowns, emergency power restoration, and critical facility operations. Train and guide technicians and electricians to improve work quality and safety awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
