We are seeking a competent and hands-on

Electrical Supervisor

with mid-level experience to supervise and coordinate electrical works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that electrical installations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities including power, lighting, earthing, and low-current systems. Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians and monitor productivity and workmanship. Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE electrical standards. Coordinate with Project Engineers, MEP teams, and other trades to avoid conflicts and delays. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities as required. Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safe working practices at all times. Identify material requirements, assist in planning, and report shortages to the project team. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and inspection checklists. Support authority inspections and rectify snag items promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and site execution practices. Familiarity with DEWA / ADDC / SEWA regulations is an advantage. Ability to manage manpower and work under project deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
