Responsible for supervising and executing electrical site works as per
DEWA standards
, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Coordinates with DEWA, manages site teams, and oversees LV/MV installations and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical works: cable laying, duct banks, LV/MV equipment, RMUs, transformers, and pillars.
Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, IFC drawings, and method statements.
Coordinate with DEWA inspectors for site inspections, approvals, and energization.
Prepare IRs, MIRs, daily reports, and assist with as-built documentation.
Oversee testing activities: IR tests, continuity tests, and commissioning support.
Ensure HSE compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
Manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in DEWA electrical infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of DEWA standards and site execution.
Good communication and leadership skills.
