Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians and subcontractors
Interpret and implement electrical drawings and schematics
Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and safety standards
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and daily activities
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades
Qualifications
Minimum
10 years of experience
as an Electrical Foreman
Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using electrical tools
Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety protocols
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
