Supervise and manage electrical technicians and subcontractors on-site. Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower effectively. Ensure proper installation of electrical systems as per drawings and standards. Review and understand electrical and MEP drawings and specifications. Coordinate with other site supervisors, engineers, and MEP teams. Manage site progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain work quality. Monitor material usage, request necessary materials, and reduce wastage. Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Ensure site safety compliance and enforce company policies. Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
The Candidate must have an experience of minimum of 2 years construction industry experience and must be a
Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
