Oversee and coordinate all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities within the automotive plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize their efficiency and skill development. Analyze electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Manage the inventory of electrical components, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance to prevent downtime. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment, identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to schedule electrical work and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Lead and participate in root cause analysis investigations for electrical failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prepare and submit detailed reports on electrical activities, including work progress, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis. Stay updated on the latest advancements in automotive electrical systems and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in electrical principles. Holds relevant certifications, such as a Licensed Electrician certification, demonstrating professional competence and expertise. Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems, showcasing practical knowledge and industry experience. Exhibits a strong understanding of automotive electrical components, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools, enabling effective troubleshooting. Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing a team and conveying technical information. Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving electrical issues.
