Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Electrical Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate all electrical works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of electricians and subcontractors on-site Plan and allocate work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks Review electrical plans, drawings, and specifications Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently Coordinate with other departments/contractors for integrated project execution Maintain inventory of electrical materials and request supplies as needed Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Manager

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical supervision (preferably in [construction/building services/manufacturing/etc.]) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and equipment Familiarity with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
