Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and helpers on site.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with local codes and project specifications.
Manage and inspect installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, fixtures, and electrical systems.
Plan and organize work schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a hazard-free working environment.
Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and manpower deployment.
Coordinate with engineers, other foremen, and site supervisors.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily site briefings.
Prepare daily reports and submit to project engineers or site managers.
