Candidates MUST have proven project experience in the Oil & Gas construction industry. Applications without Oil & Gas construction experience will NOT be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of electrical works in strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for
Oil & Gas construction projects
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, international codes, and
Oil & Gas safety standards
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors on-site
Monitor work progress and maintain strict quality control
Conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the Oil & Gas construction industry is STRICTLY REQUIRED
Candidates without Oil & Gas construction project experience will NOT be shortlisted
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety practices in Oil & Gas projects
Ability to lead site teams and coordinate activities effectively
Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and maintenance procedures
Willingness to work in Al Quoz and travel to Abu Dhabi when required
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
