Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable

Electrician Technician

to join our operations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting within MEP and construction environments. Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, authority standards, and safe work practices is essential. A

valid UAE driving license (Category 3)

and

minimum of 2 years of MEP electrical experience

are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing tools and techniques. Interpret and work from electrical schematics, layout drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations including DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, and other authority standards. Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical infrastructure. Conduct inspections to verify safe operation of circuits, equipment, and tools. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines and project targets. Respond promptly to emergency faults and breakdowns to restore power or functionality. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition. Follow all site-specific health and safety guidelines during tasks and interventions.

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade certification. Minimum

2 years of experience in Electrical MEP

works in the UAE. Valid

UAE Driving License - Category 3

. Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, wiring regulations, and authority procedures. Proficient in electrical tasks including cable pulling, DB installation, load balancing, and conduit works. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks. Prior experience in facility maintenance, construction, or MEP services is preferred.
