Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
Ensure electrical installation, repair, and maintenance works are completed according to project standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Review project drawings, layouts, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
Manage manpower allocation, material consumption, and work schedules.
Monitor site productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for site management/engineers.
Coordinate with other departments (Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety) to ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in construction, facility management, or MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, LV panels, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Manual Driving License is an advantage (linked to salary increase).
Salary & Benefits:
QAR 3,500 per month + Company Accommodation + Transport + Other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law.
Candidates holding a valid Qatar Manual Driving License will receive an additional allowance of QAR 500 per month.
