-Reviewing project contract documents and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance. Monitor & supervise all the electrical systems installation such as low voltage networks, lighting and power distribution, fire alarm, public address/music systems, CCTV, central antenna TV, satellite reception, and low current systems for commercial, and residential projects, hotels, universities, and hospitals. Survey and evaluate all electrical aspects of the existing buildings, coordinating with the Clients and Local Authorities. Preparation of Electrical specifications and accordingly the BOQ for the various electrical services concerned with the project. Preparation of Material submittals & obtaining the approvals from the consultant. Providing guidance to prepare the Electrical shop drawings & obtaining the approvals from the consultant & ADDC. Carrying out site surveys and preparation of technical reports. Co-ordinate with disciplines like Mechanical, Structural and Architectural at various stages of design for successful and timely design completion.
Requirments:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in Engineering Consultancy Companies in Dubai is a MUST.

- Demonstrated success on the job as evidenced by prior satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility, and growth in previous position.
- Acceptable oral and written communication skills and ability to properly document installation of work and contractor's performance.
