We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our Audio Visual & Lighting project operations. The role involves supervising on-site installations, managing technical teams, coordinating with project managers and clients, and ensuring that all site work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day AV & Lighting site operations and technical teams.
Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee installation, setup, testing, and dismantling of AV & Lighting systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues quickly to avoid delays.
Monitor progress on-site and report updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements:
2-4 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in AV)
Strong technical knowledge of AV & Lighting systems, cabling, rigging, and related equipment.
Ability to lead and manage teams on-site effectively.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
