Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements based on drawings and specifications.
Evaluate and verify subcontractor payment applications and progress claims.
Monitor site progress and compare with project timelines and cost estimates.
Prepare interim and final payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist in procurement and preparation of contracts, including BOQs and tender documents.
Identify, evaluate, and manage variations, claims, and potential cost risks.
Liaise with site engineers and project managers to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Maintain records of site measurements, drawings, and cost-related documents.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
