Electrical Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications and procurement requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts.
Issue purchase orders and track order status.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of electrical materials, specifications, and standards.
Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
