We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, ensuring that engineering designs meet specifications, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate efficient project execution. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
Duties
Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project scheduling techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in design and manufacturing processes.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks for creating detailed schematics and system designs.
Implement FPGA and SoC technologies in project development.
Perform signal processing tasks and debugging of electrical systems.
Engage in manufacturing processes including soldering, surface mount technology, and programmable logic controllers.
Apply knowledge of NEC standards to ensure compliance in electrical designs.
Utilize programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB for scripting and automation tasks.
Conduct vision inspections using appropriate systems to ensure quality control.
Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Kahramaa High Voltage Substation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
Experience with FPGA design, PCB layout, and system design methodologies.
Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems.
Experience with firmware development and debugging techniques.
Knowledge of electrical experience related to schematics and signal processing is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
