Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
10-12 years of experience in electrical management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of managing electrical installations for high-rise buildings and large-scale developments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
Proficient in electrical design software, project management tools, and AutoCAD
