Missions:
Responsible for electrical-electronic and automation systems of converting machines

To carry out root cause analysis and technical development of the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams,
Responsible for machine and process automation and general plant maintenance
Fulfill the requirements of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System,
Taking part in optimization and teamwork in all energy using systems in the factory
Minimize the downtimes by planning the electrical-mechanical-instrument maintenance having hydraulic-pneumatic knowledge
To be responsible for the dispatch, administration, development and plans of the maintenance teams
Track machine spare parts and ensuring necessary materials from stock
Create annual, weekly, daily and shift maintenance plans.
Responsible for the follow-up of machine lubrication systems.
Responsible for maintenance, installation and post-electrical/mechanical works of factory auxiliary facilities.

Profile:

Electrical Engineering Degree.
Min 3-5 years experience in a related field
Proven experience with Siemens (TI Portal, Simatic Manager, Simotion Scout), Allen-Bradley (RS Logix/Studio Logix) PLC programs
Knowledge about TPM and 5S systems and to lead their dissemination within the factory.
Paper production experience is preferable
Mechanical maintenance experience is preferable
