Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join its Supervision team in Dubai. This role supports the delivery of landmark residential and mixed-use developments by ensuring electrical works are executed in full compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and safety standards. The position suits professionals with consultancy-side supervision experience and strong site inspection capability.

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed on-site inspections of electrical installations to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE codes
Review and interpret electrical drawings, calculations, and technical documents
Monitor execution of power distribution, lighting, wiring, panels, earthing, and related electrical systems
Witness testing and commissioning activities as required and verify results
Prepare clear inspection reports with photographic evidence and submit findings to the project team
Identify non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to closure
Ensure all electrical works meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout construction
Ideal Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of electrical inspection or supervision experience in the UAE
Prior experience working with engineering consulting firms is essential
Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and authority requirements
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
