- Electrical Helper

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Electrical Manager

Role Overview:

We are hiring Electrical Helpers to support electricians and electrical technicians in the installation,

maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The role includes basic assistance tasks such as cable pulling,

material handling, conduit preparation, installation support, and maintaining a safe and clean work

environment. This position is ideal for hardworking individuals looking to build their career in electrical work

within construction or facilities environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist electricians in installing electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, panels, and related equipment. Pull cables, run conduits, mount boxes, and support basic electrical installations. Handle and move materials, tools, and electrical components safely on-site or in the workshop. Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, stripping wires, tightening connections, and labeling cables
under supervision.

Support electrical testing and inspections by preparing tools and materials. Load, unload, and arrange electrical materials and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Follow instructions from the Electrical Manager, supervisors, and skilled electricians.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE as an Electrical Helper or in a similar role
(mandatory).

Basic knowledge of electrical tools, wiring materials, and safety practices. Physically fit and capable of handling cables, ladders, and heavy materials. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team. Willingness to learn and develop skills in electrical work.
