Job Description

:

We are a leading interior decoration and fit-out company based in the UAE, and we are looking to expand our skilled workforce. We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

Painters (6 positions)

Apply paints, coatings, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming. Select and mix the appropriate paints and finishes based on project specifications. Ensure all painting tasks are completed in a timely and high-quality manner. Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout the painting process. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior painting. Proven experience working in the UAE. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.

Electricians (4 positions)

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Conduct electrical wiring and installation for interior fit-out projects. Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them efficiently. Ensure all installations comply with safety codes and regulations. Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades for project completion. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Proven experience working in the UAE. Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Electrical Foreman (1 position)

Supervise and coordinate electrical activities on-site. Lead a team of electricians and ensure efficient and quality work. Review electrical drawings and ensure all installations meet project specifications. Provide training and guidance to junior electricians. Maintain inventory and order materials as required. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman. Proven experience managing electrical projects in the UAE. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Site Supervisors (3 positions)

Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications. Report to project managers on progress and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are adhered to on-site. Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision in the UAE. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and decoration projects. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of construction and safety regulations.

Prior experience in the UAE is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
