A leading Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company is seeking an experienced
Electrical Foreman
to supervise electrical workers on site. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical works, preferably with basic knowledge of plumbing works, and the ability to manage manpower and site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of electrical workers at site
Organizing daily tasks and improving manpower productivity
Preparing daily and weekly work plans in line with the project schedule
Monitoring electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications
Calculating required materials and quantities for site activities
Coordinating with the procurement department to ensure timely material availability
Ensuring quality of work and compliance with safety regulations
Preparing and submitting progress and productivity reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Supervisor
Strong knowledge of electrical works in residential and commercial projects
Plumbing knowledge is an advantage
Ability to manage workers, discipline, and site productivity
Experience in material take-off and quantity calculations
Ability to work under pressure and in site conditions
UAE driving license is preferred
UAE experience is highly preferred
