Electrical Engineer (with Lighting Experience)

Job Description
We\'re currently looking for Electrical Engineer with lighting experience. This role encompasses a variety of engineering fields, including mechanical, electrical, and optics. Among the responsibilities of this position are defining requirements, making tooling, testing, and launching lighting products. In this role, an engineer is responsible for leading and driving a cross-functional team that includes lighting suppliers, production, purchasing, and quality control. Our ideal candidate desires to build their career as an engineer in lighting. This candidate must demonstrate clear communication and project management skills and is a passionate, hard-working person who enjoys taking on challenges and following through with robust solutions. Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement lighting component solutions for new projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluating complex engineering systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhance products and implement cost-saving measures cross-functionally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead team meetings (suppliers designers, engineers, manufacturing, supplier quality, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and implementing solutions to any problems and meet all deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Can handle skilled people, disseminating instructions, and information.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical) \xe2\x80\xa2 A good understanding of engineering design for light fittings. \xe2\x80\xa2 A working knowledge of DIALUX, ReLux (Additional), AutoCad, and Microsoft Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate must have experience in both internal and external lighting.
