Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Electrical Engineer
for Sales Support role to support our sales team with technical expertise, customer engagement, and coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring customer requirements are met with appropriate electrical solutions and products.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including responding to technical inquiries. Maintain client records, sales pipelines, and project tracking reports. Follow up with clients regarding quotations, technical clarifications, and order status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of1-2 years
of experience in a technical sales or support role (preferred). Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industrial applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
