Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic

Electrical Engineer

with experience in

building construction projects

to join our team in Dubai. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in

Electrical & Plumbing systems

, hands-on site handling experience, and the ability to manage

clients, consultants, and project teams

effectively. The role requires excellent communication, technical knowledge of DEWA regulations, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a valid UAE light driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

electrical and plumbing works

at construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with

consultants, clients, and contractors

to ensure smooth execution of works and timely resolution of technical/site issues. Prepare, review, and modify

AutoCAD drawings

, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required for electrical and plumbing services. Ensure all site activities adhere to

Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and relevant authority guidelines

. Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and escalate issues to the Project Manager for timely decision-making. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material approvals in line with project requirements. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of approved materials and services. Provide technical input during design, execution, testing, and commissioning stages of electrical and plumbing systems. Maintain strong professional relationships with consultants and clients to achieve smooth project handover. Enforce strict adherence to

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)

standards on site.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical Engineering

Minimum 9 years' experience

in building construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

Electrical & Plumbing systems

in high-rise / commercial / residential building projects. Familiarity with

DEWA regulations, approvals, and processes

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other engineering software tools. Excellent

site handling, leadership, and coordination skills

. Strong

communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities

. Proven ability to manage consultants, resolve technical conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery. Valid

UAE Light Driving License

(mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
