Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer Grade 8 Government Entity (Emirati Only)
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems? Join a prestigious government entity to help improve electrical instruments, facilities, components, and systems for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial deliverables for exhibitions and events (10%).
• Represent and execute electrical planning and delivery (15%).
• Ensure a qualified, well-structured, and motivated project task team to meet client commitments (20%).
• Review project contract design documents, inspect project construction, attend meetings, and prepare reports (10%).
• Ensure compliance with local governmental laws and regulations regarding labor and personnel welfare (10%).
• Manage high-voltage cable installations, from excavation to reinstatement, including Power & Distribution Substations design and implementation (10%).
• Handle electrical workshop operations, producing monthly reports and cost-saving estimates (5%).
• Install and test power systems, switchgear panels, control panels, and more (15%).
• Prioritize safety awareness, adhering to entity's policies and procedures (5%).

Operating Environment:

• Ability to work under extreme pressure.
• Flexibility to work at external locations, often in high-humidity and high-temperature conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certification: DM certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the electrical events industry, with the ability to interpret schematic diagrams and event floor plans.
• Skills: Proficiency in drawing, presentation, critical thinking, complex problem solving, and excellent communication skills (in English).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong mathematics, physics, and innovative thinking skills; planning, budgeting, and customer focus are essential.

Training & Knowledge:

• Completion of professional electrical courses.
• Advanced computer skills.
