Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Construction Supervision to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will oversee the electrical aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in construction projects Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and project requirements Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues Manage project timelines and budgets related to electrical systems Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders Implement quality control measures for electrical installations Ensure adherence to local and international electrical standards and regulations Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide innovative solutions Mentor junior electrical engineers and technicians on the team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in construction supervision Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical system design software Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with large-scale construction projects in the Middle East Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
