Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Electrical Draftsman Engineer (MEP) to join our team.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical/MEP or related field.3-7 years MEP drafting (buildings/industrial). GCC/UAE experience is a plus.
Software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP (family creation, view templates), Navisworks (clash viewing), BIM 360/Aconex, MS Office.
Solid understanding of single-line diagrams, load schedules, cable sizing, earthing/lightning basics.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed shop drawings (power, lighting, ELV/ICT, fire alarm, earthing/lightning, load schedules, single-line diagrams).
Coordinate with mechanical/architectural/Civil teams to resolve clashes; update models/drawings after coordination meetings/RFIs.
Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and transmittals; manage submittals on DMS (e.g., Aconex/BIM 360).
