Electrical Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical drawings, Load Schedule and schematics, with a strong understanding of DEWA regulations and standards. This role is crucial in ensuring our projects comply with local requirements and are executed efficiently."

Responsibilities:

1. Creating detailed electrical drawings and schematics using CAD software.

2. Ensuring all designs comply with DEWA regulations and standards.

3. Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.

4. Collaborating with engineers and project managers to transform design specifications into technical drawings.

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions and change orders.

6. Reviewing and checking drawings for accuracy and completeness.

7. Coordinating with other team members, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate project progress.

Requirements: Specify the qualifications, skills, and experience needed.

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman.

3. Proven experience with AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.

4. Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and standards is essential.

5. Familiarity with electrical design features in AutoCAD, such as symbol libraries and specialized tools for electrical layouts.

6. Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and electrical drawings.

7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
