Job Description

- Prepare lighting, Power, &, fire alarm shop drawings.

-Prepare ELV drawings (CCTV public address, telephone & data)

-Prepare BMS drawings.

-Prepare DB schedule for lighting, power, and emergency lighting.

-Prepare a single-line diagram for the above services.

-Prepare electrical rooms and sub-station drawings.

-Calculate trunk and cable tray sizes & Conduits

-Ensure the electrical design drawings are as per the latest Architectural and structural design drawings.

-Prepare typically detailed drawings as per the approved material standard and codes.

-Provide the actual material quantity as per the latest approved shop drawings.

-Prepare the as-built drawing as per the marking drawings from the site team.

-Coordinate with the other MEP services and ensure smooth integration.

-Convert the CAD drawings to PDF format.

-Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.

-Follow and enforce the company Health & Safety measures & procedures.

-Maintain absolute confidentiality of records and transactions.

The candidate must have at least 4+ of hands-on experience in the preparation of electrical, and ELV drawings using AutoCAD for large/medium-sized projects.

CANDIDATE SHOULD READY TO JOIN ON AN IMMEDIATE BASIS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
