Job Title: Electrical Draftsman
We are recruiting an
Electrical Draftsman
for a leading contracting company. The role involves preparing accurate electrical shop drawings, layouts, and as-builts for industrial and commercial projects in compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical shop drawings, layouts, and schematics Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural drawings Develop builders' work drawings and as-built documentation Support site teams with technical details and revisions Ensure compliance with UAE codes and authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DCD, etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field 4-6 years of drafting experience in the UAE (MEP contracting preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is a plus) Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, ELV) Familiarity with UAE authority procedures and standards
