Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer-Junior Level position. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of local UAE authority codes and regulations.

Proficiency in electrical design of infra projects including preparation and verification of lighting & small power distribution, cable size calculations, sizing of generator, sizing of Transformers, UPS, capacitor bank sizing, DB & SMDB schedules and LV schematic.

Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Voltage Drop Calculation, Overall Load Calculation.

Material Take Off & technical support for procurement.

Knowledge of ELV systems such as fire alarm, Emergency Light and related civil defence guidelines.

Knowledge of ICT, Security & PA Systems.

Reviewing of SPL, FOV, WIFI Heat Map Calculation

Preparation of Overall Layouts of Electrical Cabling, ELV routing.

Reviewing of Material Submittals.

Preparation of Tender Drawings and Overall Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Knowledge of Earthing & Lightning system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in buildings and infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
